Role & Responsibilites:
Attend to customer calls and resolve complaints / queries
Prepare replacement / repair individual data
Selling our products over call
Work on emails / take follow ups with concerned stakeholders
Whatsapp chats – Issues, Queries , complaints
Take follow ups from Courier partners
Send customer’s details for Repair for Replacement
Real time cancellation, create labels, address update on a regular basis.

Experience:
2+ years in Telesales/Customer care vertical
Graduate is a must
Female candidate Preferred
6 Days working from Office
